Unlike remodeling which is almost always voluntary, restoration usually involves a disaster. Often times it is a fire or a flood. Even wind damage and earthquakes can cause the need for Cabinet Restoration. In the event of a disaster, many times not all of the cabinets will be destroyed or need replacement.
